No. Agency Hub is built directly into the client portal. As soon as you have an active hosting or domain service with us, the Agency Hub option will appear in your client area, ready to use immediately.

There is no limit on the number of client records you can create in Agency Hub. Whether you manage two clients or two hundred, the system is built to scale with your agency.

Agency Hub's service assignment feature works with hosting and domain services registered through your account with us. You can use the notes, credentials, and project board features for any client regardless of where their services are hosted, but service assignment and cost tracking are tied to services active under your account.

Credentials stored in Agency Hub are encrypted. They are displayed as masked characters by default, and can only be revealed temporarily through a deliberate user action. We take the security of your clients' information seriously.

Agency Hub access requires at least one active paid hosting or domain service. If your last qualifying service is cancelled or expires, you will see a prompt to reactivate a service to regain access. Your existing client data is retained during this period.

No. Agency Hub is a tool for you, the account holder, to manage your own view of your clients. Your end clients do not have access to Agency Hub and do not need a login. It sits entirely within your account for your own organisational use.
